CONTACTLESS OPTIONS

 

We at Preluna are doing our utmost o make sure that all our clients and staff are kept safe. Due to this we encourage all our clients to make use of the contactless check in / inhouse / check out options we are working on to minimize any risks. Following you will find more information:

 

PRE-CHECK IN

We will send you the registration card and all other relevant information, this can all be filled in whilst you are at home and sent back to us by email on reservations@preluna.com

Any pending payments can be made easily and safely via credit card using the link we will send to you.

 

CHECK IN

Upon entering please make sure to wear a face mask (fabric ones also allowed) Should you have forgotten your mask; it will be possible to purchase a ‘sanitization pack’ from your minibar.

Upon entering the premises, temperature checks will be taken upon entering the premises with a contactless infrared thermometer.

Upon check in, you will need to present your passport for the receptionist to view (they will not take the passport, it only needs to be viewed) and you will collect your key cards which will have sanitized beforehand. We encourage you to wipe them down with the wipes provided in the reception area for extra safety.

We will still be providing porter service if required; in this case you will be asked to wipe down your luggage with sanitizing wipes provided at reception. Please note that the luggage will be brought to your room by the porter after your check in.

We encourage all payments to be effected through your credit card. We can send invoices by email with a safe link to pay online. Alternatively, you can use credit cards at reception, please try to use contactless. Please limit payments in cash.

 

DURING YOUR STAY

We will still, of course, have our reception service available for you to use. However, for those who prefer to keep contact to a minimum we have set up the number +356 7738 4067 which can be used for WHAT’S APP messages (please note it is not possible to call on this number), please use this should you need any information or have any customer care issues during your stay. Alternatively, you can contact us by any of the below means and we will do our utmost to get back to you in a timely manner.

Important: In order to start the contactless check out option please contact us the day before your departure

As mentioned, before we will still, of course, have our reception service available for you to use. However, for those who prefer to keep contact to a minimum we can provide a contactless check out. In order to start this process please contact us on any of the below means of communication and we will contact you with all the relevant information.

We will send you a link to settle any outstanding balances, this will be a safe and secure link in which you can pay by credit card. Please keep cash payments to a minimum.
